Return and Refund Policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused,
with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact support for the return process. Please note that we do not provide a return shipping
label; the cost of return shipping must be covered by the customer. Items returned without first contacting us
will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect orders:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or
incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards and final sale items

Exchanges:
To receive another item quickly, return the item you have and place a separate new order.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to
